PP Corrugated Plastic Sheets
PP Sheet (Polypropylene) or corrugated plastic sheets also known as extruded twinwall plastic sheet products produced from high impact polypropylene resin with a similar make up to corrugated fiberboard. One of the largest PP corrugated extruder located in Malaysia is CLPG Packaging Industries Sdn Bhd. The CLPG Packaging Industries Sdn Bhd’s headquarter is located in Taman Perindustrian Bukit Minyak, Penang and 2 branches located in Klang, Selangor and Taman Johor Jaya, Johor, Malaysia.
The corrugated plastic sheet is consists of two outer layers and a centre corrugated medium. The manufacturing process fuses the layers and corrugated medium together to produce a flexible and durable packaging material, which are food grade, light weight, impact resistance, water proofing and chemical resistance. The wide variety of colours such as natural, white, green, yellow, blue, gray, red, black and orange. Thickness of sheets is 2mm to 9mm.
The advantages of PP corrugated sheets are well-known in electronics, automotive, metal stamping, plastic precision, agriculture & seafood, stationary and construction industries. Therefore, it has been widely used as packing and handling material for valuable products such as electronic components, automotive parts, steel, wire rope, garment, glasses, food and etc.
With Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection, the sheets can be converted into trays or boxes and partitions to handle, electronic sensitive products and automotive parts. Moreover, it is economic, durable, and ideal material for printed signboard due to the corona treated and ultraviolet (UV) protected on the sheet.
Lastly but not least, corrugated box is more durable with longer life cycle, cost effective and environmental friendly. The boxes are available in a variety of sizes and design to fit the customers’ requirement in term of space constraint and logistic effectiveness.
